Many believe that low incomes are the result of an unwillingness to work Some also contend that people making poor choices with regards to education leads to lower incomes. Others will argue that society is at fault for the existence of poverty. They contend that discrimination, poor schools, and crime ridden neighborhoods (among other things) make it difficult for individuals in such situations to escape the cycle of low incomes.

In your opinion, to what degree is income inequality a result of choices made by individuals?

Income inequality is an extreme disparity of income distributions with a high concentration of income usually in the hands of a small percentage of a population. When income inequality occurs there is a large gap between the wealth of one population segment compared to another

Income inequality is a result of choice made by an individual as there are many cases in the history that they came from the low income family or a middle income family but made a difference in the world

BUT it is the thinking of the low income people that this is only their reality and they will live just like a servant all there life and thus they make it a reality and accept the situtation and dont think out of the box and thus remain poor in all there life

IF YOU ARE BORN POOR ITS NOT YOUR FAULT BUT IF YOU DIE POOR ITS YOUR FAULT

Thus eduaction makes a big impact but still there are many cases that have changed the history so its just there choice and beleive that they are poor and they will remain poor all there life time.
