Balanced chemical equation is:

2 NaOH + H2A ---> Na2A + 2 H2O

Here:

M(NaOH)=0.1367 M

V(NaOH)=35.95 mL

V(H2A)=50.0 mL

According to balanced reaction:

1*number of mol of NaOH =2*number of mol of H2A

1*M(NaOH)*V(NaOH) =2*M(H2A)*V(H2A)

1*0.1367*35.95 = 2*M(H2A)*50.0

M(H2A) = 0.0491 M

Answer: 0.0491 M
