assume diprotic acid = H2A

H2A + 2NaOH -----------> Na2A + 2H2O

millimoles of NaOH required to reach second equivalence point = 29.82 x 0.10 = 2.982

2.982 / 2 = 1.491 millimoles diprotic acid must be present.

1.491 = 25.0 x M

M = 0.060 M

[H2A] = 0.060 M
