16. Answer: The difference between a change in strategy and a change in the structure is as follows:

Change in strategy means changing of overall business goal, motive, and the mission of an organization. It includes a shift in the target market, organization's policies, etc.

On the other hand, change in structure means changing in organizational structure that might stem from internal or external factors that affect the company's run process. Changes are the chain of command, the organization's hierarchy, management systems, administrative procedures, and job structure. Some structural changes on circumstances basis include job duplication, mergers & acquisitions, changes in policy.

17. Answer: The two approaches to managing innovation are integrative approach and iterative approach.

An integrative approach is a digital innovation ecosystem that enables systematic innovation management disciplines. The integrative approach starts with an innovation strategy that defines, what an organization innovates or where should it innovate to support the overall strategy. With an integrative approach, systematic innovation management is an effective technique to manage a healthy digital innovation portfolio. Innovation ecosystem should cover the complete innovation process, from processes in idea handling systems or managing ideas to idea implementation and promotion.

An iterative approach is an idea generation to innovation implementation, do, plan, check, an act of an iterative continuum in the digital era. Innovation management is situational that managed top-down, middle-out or bottom-up accordingly based on the management styles and innovation flavors. Top-down is more about the vision of the outcome. Through the iterative approach, the robust tools and processes that enable a company to generate winning concepts for innovation management consistently are the prerequisite for sustaining growth and advantage with continuous innovation delivery.

18. Answer: The difference between team building and process consultation are as follows:

a) Team building is the different activities that start with motivating the team members and improve or increase the overall performance of the team. On the other hand, the process consultation is the building of a relationship with clients that permits the client to understand, perceive and act on the process events that occur in the client's external and internal environment to improve the conditions as mentioned by the client.

b) Some team-building principles are one must know his/her team members very well, must have trust in each other for maximum result, members must be compatible with each other, the team should work as a single unit. On the other hand, process consultation principles share the problem if confused, go with the flow, timing is very crucial, stay touch with the ground reality or current reality, be constructive, etc.

19. Answer: The difference in the use of forcefield analysis and survey feedback are as follows:

Forcefield analysis is a powerful tool of the decision-making process that widely used in organizational change management. It is useful to understand the way to move people through change, the reason of people resist change, the methods to analyze the pros and cons of pressures change, various way to apply the best decision-making techniques, different ideas to communicate go or no-go decision.

Survey Feedback is a tool that provides a company with an honest opinion of what their present or future customers think about them and helps them to make an informed decision. Having prior knowledge of the customers' wants and needs concerning the products and services helps to serve the purpose and better product innovation. It is also helpful for improved decision making and customer satisfaction. Survey feedback is a tool used for achieving profitability goals, creating brand loyalty, and customer retention.
