Republic good in simple terms is data type of good which nonrival as well as non excludable in nature

Non rival means having no competition with others and main motto is not to generate the profit

Non-excludable means open for all without any discrimination

The best example of public goods can be public park, lighthouse etc

Non public good can be a private good which is rival as well as excludable in nature

Example is when any person go for eating a pizza in a restaurant

If we talk about from the Chicago economic point of view then many public parks can be taken as example of public good
