Disease due to poverty like malaria,tuberculosis and malnutrition are considered to be a medical disorders.

Illness is a state of sickness affecting the health of the person adversely

Disease is considered to be the main pathology or reason of the problem whereas illness are the symptoms with which patients present to the doctor.
