  1. Introduction: In this summary, we are going to check whether relationship influences on students psychological health, academic achievement, and well-being at school. Relationship with teachers and peers are also considered for the study to measure the student's character.
  2. Method:
  • In this article, both students and teachers were involved for collecting data to measure the social and emotional adjustment, motivation and academic achievement.
  • Data obtained from students in the age group of 5 to 9 with the total of more than 850 students from different classes. They are from 21 different South Australia schools.
  • Students were given questionnaire and they have to answer with their gained experiences with their peers, family, and teachers.
  • The questionnaires were made to measure the feelings of the student in school, academic performance, and psychological health.   
  • The method used is path analysis.
  1. Result: The above study confirmed that there is a strong relationship influencing the student's psychological health and academic performance and his overall well being at school. This would help to improve the overall educational equity in the country.
  2. Discussion: In this study, teachers chosen the students randomly and gave the questionnaire based on the academic achievement and based on his overall adjustment to school. This means that students were chosen from all types of social background like rich, middle class or from poor family. The result shows that the teachers need to be aware of developing strong relationship with their students to reduce the crime rate in the society. Positive influence makes them to behave positively.   
  3. Variation: There is a variation in the result of the students. The outcomes were clearly evident that there is a strong influence for the quality of a student based on the relationship they maintained with their peers, teachers and others. There is also a variation from urban to rural students due to the exposure around them.
