Midwest Family Mutual Goes Green

This case focuses on how a company can become more responsible with its use of natural resources. Midwest saw a substantial decrease in energy consumption through its implementation of a number of green initiatives (virtual work from home office environment). They also found that being “green” helped their bottom line but decreasing expenses. Through the use of IT, the company has been able to achieve this remarkable transformation.
