COMMON LAW

It is defines as a body of legitimate rules that are made by judiciary as they mark ruling command on cases or affairs , as opponent to norms and laws made by legislatures .

STATUTORY LAW

It is the term which is used to define written laws , ordinarily which is enacted by a body who makes law [ legislature ] . Statutes group forth common preposition of laws that law courts embed to conspicuous situations . It is expressed in writing .

ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

It is a body of such laws that really governs all the administrative activities or actions of the government . These laws are considered as a offshoot of public laws .

PLAINTIFF

An individual who fetch a case in opposition to variant in a law court or in a court of law .
