For spontaneous reactions occur without any external force. Also in these reactions the equilibrium constant is greater than 1 because reaction has a tendency to move forward.

3) B maybe right.

For a reaction at equilibrium,delta G is 0 which means that for such a situation the rate of forward and reverse reactions are equal but not zero.But at equilibrium,also, the reaction is spontaneous in forward direction if equilibrium constant is greater than reaction quotoent. Since neither value is given, the direction cannot be determined.So we may say that it is spontaneous on either direction.
