1)Entities:-Employee ,Trainer ,Administrator,Receptionist entity,Feedback entity,Training class ,Member entity

2)Attributes:- Attributes are Emp_ID ,address, name,Specialties,PhoneNo,rating , date , description, class_size , weekDay

3)Relationships :

  1. There are IS A relationships between Employee entity ,Trainer entity , Administrator entity , Receptionist entity. Employee entity act as super entity and other are sub entity
  2. There are Offer relationship between Trainer entity and Training class entity
  3. There are Submit and Contains relationship between Receptionist entity , Feedback entity , Member entity
  4. There are Supervised By relationship between Receptionist entity and Administrator entity
  5. There are Participate relationship between Training class entity and Member entity.
