Bases upon a survey, it has been found that term limits seem to have a higher amount of disadvantages than advantages, as it can be seen that during the initial period of an organization which is of non profit nature, implementing term limits may seem to be counterproductive for the board members. In addition to this, most of the start up companies would lack staffing and resources which can lead to intensive labor. Directors with deep passion for understanding the work and promoting the same with Adequate qualifications l would also be a harder task to find. It can also lead to increased expenditure of energy and resources to educate new directors which can inturn lead to poor group cohesion.
