Here as we can see from the plot that it is a first order reaction and the plot is a concentration vs time, and as we can see that at 20 sec time the concentration is 0.38 M.

We know that rate is = [Concentration]/[Time]

Thus here rate = 0.38/20 = 0.019 M/sec
