the correct answer should be may increase or may decrease because it will depend on whether heat is adding into the system or removing from the system.

but for the above case

option are limited

it may be thinking like that examiner already assumed that heat is transfer into the system

thus the best possible answer never decrease.

but in general if only ask that during the heat transfer process, the entropy of a system

then the answer would be it ill depends on the direction of heat transfer.

If heat is flowing into the system then entropy will increase

If heat is flowing out of system entropy will decrease.
