When writing news stories, journalists are taught to answer the questions of who, what, when, where, and why. How is the job of retailers similar to that of journalists? Use examples.

Job of retailers are similar to journalists as they need to ask consumers about product as to how they will need to use them, when and where they would use them, and for which purpose shall they use them.

For example in retail garment shop, retailers will ask consumers about the need of products and will specifically ask details of product and its usage and according will check its availability and if product meets consumer's usage demands.
