There are always news stories about major companies who have gotten hacked. Pick one example from a recent news story and share your views on why you think the hack happened and was able to succeed. How could the hackers have been prevented?

There are many companies that got hacked. recently twitter accounts of many famous personalities in present world got hacked and made posts about the bitcoins and their address to send bitcoins if they do so saying that they will get double the bitcons they have sent obviously they won't give even the bitcoins we sent it is just a fraud tweet . my view is though it didn't do much loss to anybody as not everyone uses bitcoins but it created panic among twitter users as famous personalities accounts got hacked so how could their accounts be safe. yes here the hack was happened and it succeeded to hack but failed to get any profit from it. hackers could have been prevented by taking further measures in security and better to keep a 2 step verification while logging in. even those people could have been more safe to avoid these hacks as hackers waits for a mistake made by us which leads to hacking of our hands so it is in our hands to avoid those problems. twitter could have improved its security measures.
