Members of the genus Homo have larger brain size(cranial capacity)with smaller teeth and jaws that distinguish them from genus Australopithecus. Homo is the genus that emerged from the extinct genus Australopithecus which is a collection of hominin species. Australopithecus have smaller brain like apes and have smaller molars and canines than apes but still larger than humans. Both are bipedal , walking on two legs.
