For model A, the data is for different individual and at the work. So the data is cross sectional. From the error plot it can be noticed that it increasing x the error gets more fluctuating. So this is the indicator of heteroscductic.

Hence model A is cross sectional and heteroscductic.

For model B the error gets fluctuating similar to the both side of zero. But from graph it can be noticed that 13 points are at the negative side of zero and 16 are positive side of zero. So the sum may not be zero for error. Hence the correct option is mean of error different from zero and time series data.
