a) most of the living nektics as there is plenty of dissolved oxygen upto deoth of 1000m of sea level. Upwelling of water made lot of dissolved oxygen from the deeper parts of oxygen to the near surface of ocean.

From 1000m to 2000m the concentration of oxygen drastically decreased. as there is lesser availability of dissolved oxygen in that region

Below that concentration again increases as a function of depth because of ecosystems developed at the sea bed , mid oceanic ridge , trench provides required need for heat and other substance for survival and volcanes also release some oxygen. Accompanied by black somkers.
