Particle 1 and 2 are fixed on an x-axis separated by 0.08 m. Particle one, at the origin, has charge of +e and particle two has charge -27e. Particle three of charge +4e is to be placed between the two charges which, of course, means that the Coulomb force can never be zero. We are interested in the location between 1 and 2 that minimizes the Coulomb force on charge three. (a) Find the location on the x-axis where charge three should be placed to minimize the Coulomb force. (b) Once you find the location, calculate the magnitude of the minimum force.
