Test statistic = (0.93-0.90)/0.02 = 1.5
From standard normal table, critical value is 2.06 for at 0.04 significance level.

So, the correct option is option 'd', i.e. proportion problem, Two tailed, the critical value is Z=2.06, standard error=0.02, and the test statistic=15.
