They want to determine the value of their estate. They have a home that is worth Rs 50,00,000 on which they owe Rs 25,00,000. They have Rs 250000 worth of jewelry and two cars valued at a total of Rs20,00,000. They do not hold any retirement accounts but have Rs 25,00,000 in bonds earning 4% return annually. They also have Rs 2,50,000 in their joint current account. Sudhanshu has a student loan with an outstanding balance of Rs 3,00,000. They do not have any life insurance or a will.
