While a person was walking they generated a knee joint extension torque that averaged 55 Nm for part of the stance phase. Over the same interval of the stance phase, the knee joint changed from being flexed 30 to being flexed 10 in a time of 0.07 s. Determine the angular mechanical work and power generated at the knee joint. (In this problem full extension of the knee would be 0 and larger positive values mean a more flexed knee joint. Remember: 2 radians equals 360)
