Grab the balloon with the cursor move it to the sweater, and move the balloon up and down, i.e. rub the balloon against the sweater. Notice the charge configuration that develops as you rub the balloon against the sweater. You may choose "Run in HTML" if vou don't have Admin rights to the PC you are using. Mve the balloon away from the sweater to a point about equidistant between the sweater and the wall. What happens when you release the balloon at this location? Explain, being sure to indicate the charging configuration for the balloon and the sweater, i.e. do cach have a net charge and if so, what is the polarity of the charge? Now grab the balloon and move it slowly toward the wall. What do you observe about the charge associated with the wall as you bring the balloon toward it? Now grab the balloon and move it all the way to the wall, i.e. touching the wall. What happens now when you release the balloon? Explain, again being sure to indicate the charge configuration for the balloon and the wall, i.e. do each have a net charge and if so, what is the polarity of the charge? Pull the balloon back to about the midpoint between the wall and the sweater. Release it again and describe the motion of the balloon using kinematics concepts of velocity and acceleration.

Okay, Here are my observations, please read carefully

As I rub the balloon on the sweater, all the negative charges are now on the balloon and sweater is now positively charged, as I bring the balloon to a point which is equidistant from wall and sweater and I leave the balloon, it move towards the sweater because balloon was negatively charged and sweater was having positive charges so attraction took place

as i move the balloon towards the wall, all the negative charges in the wall are repelled away.

as i touch the balloon with the wall, it sticks to the wall due to attraction force between positive charge on wall and negative charges on balloon

using kinematic concepts, as we leave the balloon at midpoint, the balloon accelerates towards the sweater under the influence of electric force
