Answer/
The main consideration in the design stage is to redesign the other structural elements to accommodate this design. For example, redistribution of the loading away from the central core by using upgraded load bearing internal walls and columns. Addition consideration and collaboration should take place between stakeholders, engineers and designers as to what the most cost and space effective design.
