For minimum height of hill at A, the normal force at B should be zero. Hence,

mg+ NB = m- Pв

By conservation of energy between A and B;

= 2g(ha - hB)

→ PB9 = 2g|ha - hB)

ha=hB+

8.5 ha=17+

ha= 21.25 m

By conservation of energy between A and C;

va = 2g(ha - hc)

= v = 142.245

By force equilibrium;

ΣF, = man

= mg+Nc = m င်

(142.245) = 800(9.81)+ Nc = (800)

c = 8409 8

→ No = 8.41 kN
