Using law of conservation of energy,

-mgh = 0.5 m (v3^2 - v2^2)

-9.8 x 26 = 0.5 (v3^2 - 25.81^2)

V3 = 12.51 m/s

Velocity at point 3, V3 = 12.51 m/s
