Answer #1

vrms is defined as,

vrms = sqrt (3*R*T/M)

vrms is rms speed and M is molar mass

v and molar mass are inversely related

so, v is largest for the gas having smallest molar mass

molar mass is lowest for H2 which is 2 g/mol

Hence, H2 will travel the fastest

Answer: H2
