intial angular velocity is wi = 0 rad/sec


final angular velocity is wf = 0.26 rad/sec

angular accelaration is alpha = 0.034 rad/s^2

using kinematic equations

wf = wi+(alpha*t)

0.26 = 0 +(0.034*t)


t = 7.64 sec
