The first graph is the position time graph and second one is velocity time graph. I chose some data points based on teh dot points (track points ) to show the exact graph parameters. The time frames as per the given from 0 to 5 seconds. Blue line represent car A and red line represent car B in both the graphs.

Car A is moving with constant speed and car B is declearating.

b)

From the position time graph we see that at any point of time, the position is not identical.

c)

The velocity at 4 sec is same both the car. Graphs overlap at t =4 s.
