To understand this, just go through the basic definitions of System and Surrounding for a chemical reaction/process.

Here, it goes:

System: A substance or group of substance which is of our special interest is called as System. It is that part of the universe which is set apart for our special consideration.

Surroundings: The part of the universe outside the system and separated from the system by boundaries is called surroundings.

In this case, Dewar flask will be defined as System and the part of the universe outside the flask will be defined as surroundings. And, since the flask is well insulated and there is no exchange of heat and mass with the surroundings it is a case of an isolated system.

The boundary of the flask will be the system boundary.
