He was arraigned on three charges in the County Juvenile Court: Breaking and Entering in the Nighttime with Intent to commit a Felony, Destruction of Property over $250, and Tagging. The case study shows that the child is the victim of Attention- Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder. He broke many furniture and has no self-control. He has behavior disorder. He had no tendency to steal. In the report it has not been mentioned why the boy entered into the school. It is also a compulsory duty of the school authority to provide environment fit for the students. For the child the school authority did not take any steps earlier. Such disorders do not appear suddenly. The symptoms appear in many activities and interactions.

There are certain causes behind such nature. He may be victim of mood disorder and depression. He finds lack of focus in his life. There is violence in his nature and it may be the outburst of his depression and environmental problems. So, the court should consider such issues.
