a = (m2-m1)g/(m2+m1)=g/9

Initial Energy

0+m2gh+m1gH=2*0.5*(m1+m2)v2+m1gH (where H is the height of m1)

5*9.8*0.75/(5+4)=v2

v=2.021 m/s
