Step 2 - Go to cell C11 and type "=Yearfrac($B$4,A11,3)" and hit enter
Step 3 - Copy Cell C11 and paste in cell C12, C13, C14, C15 and C16

2nd task is now complete

Step 5 - copy cell E11 and paste in cell E12, E13, E14, E15 and E16
