Using the doppler effect of sound formula,

f'=frequency of echo

f=original frequency

Vsound=Velocity of sound

Vbat=Velocity of bat

f'= [(Vsound+Vbat)/(Vsound-Vbat)] f

f'=[(340+20)/(340-20)]*(40khz)

f'=45khz
