a. For the said evaluation, the best statistical model is ANOVA.

b. Here, for this analysis, ANOVA is chosen because here the treatment variable is "age" i.e., Q4. The treatment variable is consisted of three levels: under 21, 22-40, 41+. So, when there is three or more level of a treatment variable and the mean of those level are to be comapred, it that case ANOVA is preferred over students's t-test. We can also condict the t-test between two levels and continue it for all these pairs but this analysis does not consider the joint effect. That's why ANOVA is preferred.
