He is an entrepreneur. He took considerable risk with Megabus and even though the opportunities seemed slim at that time, he invented a new way of operating the bus service (without a bus station and curbside).

Moser’s Scottish boss

He belongs to the monitor category. The information about him in the case is limited. However, he seemed to depend purely on Moser’s decision and was merely seeking Moser’s point of view in the party.

Joseph Schwieterman

He is a disseminator. He is basically a researcher and analyst. Due to this, we can easily put him in the category of disseminator.

Brian Izzo

Spokesperson category best describes him. Brian has used the bus service quite extensively and in the interview he sounded like an advocate for Greyhound campaign. That makes him a spokesperson.
