Schedule/Frequency of office visits: Every 4 weeks or 1 month once until 28 weeks of gestation
Blood & urine testing:
Blood typing and Rh Typing,
Hemoglobin
Additional testing (ex. Genetic screening, ultrasounds etc.): Ultrasound test for fetal nuchal translucency (NT), Pregnancy-associated plasma protein screening (PAPP-A), Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG),
Second Trimester (13-26 Weeks):
Schedule/Frequency of office visits: Every 4 weeks or 1 month once until 28 weeks of gestation
Blood & urine testing: Urinalysis, Test urine for glucose and protein, Glucose tolerance test, blood count, platelet count, RPR test for syphilis, Alpha-fetoprotein screening (AFP), Other markers(hCG, Estriol, Inhibin), amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling (CVS)
Additional testing (ex. Genetic screening, ultrasounds etc.): Ultrasound
Third Trimester (27-40 Weeks):
Schedule/Frequency of office visits: Every 2 weeks or 15 days once from 28 Weeks to 36 weeks, then once in week till the delivery
Blood & urine testing: Ultrasound, Glucose screening, Group B strep test,
Additional testing (ex. Genetic screening, ultrasounds etc.): Nonstress test, Contraction stress test.
