Role of the decision leader in the 21st-century organization-

• Should build a long term healthy Relationships, should encourages leaders and young people to become creative minds in the future. Leader should share the knowledge with other such people who can create loyalty to the nation
• Should have bold Visions-country’s economic success in future world should be an example of this. Continuous growth strategy at the country level needs to be an example of strong leadership with a bold vision and mission
• Leading the Country as leading a family- leader has to work shoulder to shoulder, hand in hand with other visionaries of the country, to make country’s economy a far better place in terms of all kinds of businesses to grow in higher education, Trade business, Shipyards, Oil & Gas, Power generation and supply, Automobile, IT and Telecom and become major player in the world in the coming few years.
• Should exhibit proper Time Utilization- Frequency of economic growth and world recognition and huge growing infrastructure in all fields in just a few years of time to achieve optimization in works
• Dealing with Respect and Responsibility with all peers and junior/ seniors is a key criterion. Self responsibility is one of the highest quality leader should posses. Leader should be seen attending various meetings, seminars, conferences in wide variety of sectors. Do always remain courteous and respectful to others, as a result people do not fear, but respect leader as a great human and visionary

Effective decision-making can come majorly in below four aspects-

• Create as example of an Idealized Influence- Walk your talk
• While making any decision, be an Inspirational Motivation- Motivate others to become a leader or better employees, develop junior leaders, who could learn from your effective decision making and practice the same.
• In your decision, do demonstrate an honest concern for the needs and feelings of all peers, be sympathetic and empathetic and then make any decision. Stay calm to make a right decision, so that it does not hurt anyone

• Intellectual Stimulation in your decision, you need to challenge/ motivate other fellows, optimistically to be creative and innovative to grow better and faster, challenge the status quo of company/ industry/ methods/ process in a positive manner to draw maximum output of it

Situation-

Last company case- Client wasn't happy with our company in terms of Responsiveness as well as Delivery of the services by our company.

My Steps: As a responsible Customer Relationship Head in my company, I probed the client about previous interaction with my previous BD team/ found gaps- bottlenecks & did Root cause analysis on my company & client sides. I rechecked with my Customer Relationship Team Members and Junior Members about the case issue- in terms of what happened and what were the obstacles and why couldn’t our company deliver on the mentioned Standard Delivery Level set by the company. Post that, I redeveloped & boosted customer confidence by personal & professional attitude & thorough understanding of Need & Solution to be provided/ Worked with decided improved & rationalist approach/ Delivered.

Results- Better representation of the services and standards, delivered them as promised. I was able to renew the contract lost by last BD team, thereby also developing Customer loyalty.
