Answer #1

Stress is caused due to many factors particularly due to hectic professional life wherein you don't find time for yourself or due to personal disturbances (examples: loss of a loved one, issues with spouse, low self-esteem, financial set back etc.).

It is evident that when there's a social support and when the person is optimistic, he or she can easily come out of stress. Several studies have revealed that the impact of stress was reduced due to the support and positiveness. In fact, even when you are upset for some reason and someone inquires or tells you that's it's fine, you would feel better.

Faith and well being, on the other hand, is about systematic approach towards life wherein an individual would tune himself or herself in a way that would not disturb the mental peace nor the physical health.

According to a study, by the University of South California, on 500+ individuals from Notre Dame Study of Health and Well Being, individuals who follow some faith are happier and healthier.
