This is false. Actually it increased during this period. The way of raise voices are social media sites, consumer protection act, etc. Since these are there, sellers are becoming very careful about consumer satisfaction level; but, still there are consumers who are dissatisfied (like purchasing of non-functioning mobile phone, an apartment is booked but didn’t get title deed from the builder, etc.). Although some of these disputes are unintentional, consumers don’t take any chance but use to raise voice immediately through the available medias.
