Industrial Revolution 4.0 is a new cutting edge benchmark established in the manufacturing sector in which various new innovations in the field of automation are clubbed together to enhance productivity, quality, management of the system.

By implement IR 4.0 the order can be customized online depending upon the need of the user and with the help of the management system the order dimensions can be forwarded to the manufacturer and procurement of material can begin as per the requirement.

Various new ideas that can be implemented in the products are as follows:

1. IoT (Internet of things) to ensure closing/locking of doors as soon as it left open/unlocked.

2.Use of new smart materials that are light in weight and have various mechanical properties such as more strength, robustness, and safety.

3. Use of sensors in the doors to enhance security such as the use of a motion detection camera which will send an alert message to the owner if the object is stationary for a substantial amount of time.

4. Touch access to ensure advance security of the door to eliminate the worry of keeping key safe every time.
