After an awesome 2 week vacation is South America, you begin to experience diarrhea, based on your best estimate o its top velocity you are sure it is explosive diarrhea.... You examine a sample of it with your handy dandy home microscope and notice some strange looking trophozoites and cysts with 2 nuclei, that appear to be smiling at you! Incensed at the callousness of this tiny invader you go see a tropical medicine specialist.... Diagnosis?..why the diarrhea??? (5 pts)

Risk of diarrhoea by trophozites is high in tropical countries like in this case South America which sanitation is low, contaminated food and is mostly high in travellers.
