Supporting calculations:

Earnings (40 hours * $30 per hour) $1,200
Add: Overtime (46 hours - 40 hours = 6 hours * $45 per hour) ($30 * 1.5 = $45) $270
Total Earnings $1,470
Less: Federal income tax with holdings ($300)
Less: Social Security Tax ($1,470*6/100) ($88.20)
Less: Medicare taxes ($1,470*1.5/100) ($22.05)
