Heat of hydrogenation is the measure of the stability of alkenes. The smaller the value of heat of hydrogenation the greater will be the stability.

The stability of alkenes increases with the increasing number of substituents.

Among the given set of molecules, molecule I has the maximum number of alkyl substituents (4 subtituents). So, it will be the most stable and hence will have the lowest heat of hydrogenation.
