The estimates are given in part a. have the Causal Effect of Education on the Wage earnings. However, education seems to be correlated with many other variables which in turn make the estimation inappropriate to interpret. For example, educ may be correlated to the smoking of students or their midterm marks etc. Because of these INSTRUMENTAL VARIABLES, we cannot give a causal interpretation to the estimates. Also, the value of r is negative which is not realistic as the Education increases, the earnings should also go up
