Memory manager is a part of the windows operating system which keeps track of the allocated and free memory locations. It performs the following actions:

(i) Controlling the flow of a process between primary memory and disk,

Device manager is a part of the windows operating system control panel that allows the user to interact with the computer hardware. It performs the following actions:

(i) Enabling or disabling a hardware component,
