Answer 3:

Short on Handouts: Since I was told to bring the handouts as 20 sets, which is much lower than the target population of trainee, as the trainee population can be as more as 50 numbers in the training hall. So we could use the below approach as

Use of one handouts for 2 people: This approach will help such that 40 people can refer the handouts during the training session and it is easy that two people can refer one set of handout during the training session. This will help in providing the handouts for the trainee people. In worst case, if the target population is still kore than the 40 number and we want to manage with the 20 handouts, then we can try to explore 3 people for one set of handouts, so that we can easily capture remaining 10 peoples for handouts during the training.

Answer 4:

Diverse Audiences: Inclusing of two people of visually impaired and two of the people as hearing impaired along with the other people during the presentation. We will do following to included these four people in the presentation as below

Visually Impaired People: We can manage this people by explain in more detail, so that these two people can understand the topic properly, as they are not able to see, but they are able to listen. Thus the larger explanation will help these visually impaired people to follow the presentation. Thus these two people can be managed by additional explanation during the presentation.

Hearing Impaired People: Hearing impaired people are not able to hear, but they can see and they can speak, thus they can follow the presentation and in case if they are not able to follow the presentation, then they can speak that they are not able to follow the presentation, they the presenter will aging the run the presentation. The sign language can be used for the hearing impaired people, as they can easily understand the sign language. The presenter to some extent explore the sign language or if possible they can find the a person who can demonstrate the sign language for these two people.
