This week, students are to create a PowerPoint presentation case study of a patient with a short simple complaint. Please do not use a patient that is in for a “well check.” You may post and start responding at any time during week 14. As long as it is posted no later than day 3 of week 15. It needs to include all aspects of the H&P (See rubric). Make sure to include differential diagnosis as well as any testing or treatments that you would do for this patient.
