The SUB instruction subtracts a source operand from a destination operand.

SUB dest, source

So, Required instructions are as follows:

1. Incrementing val2

  INC val2;. //val2=8001h

2. Subtract val3 from EAX

SUB EAX, val3;

3. Subtract val4 from val2

MOV AX, val4;  //AX=7FFFh

SUB val2, AX;
